Position Summary:The Training Coordinator is responsible for helping to improve the productivity of the organization's employees in accordance with established SOPs. The primary duty of the Training Coordinator is to perform a wide variety of training activities in various functional areas that may consist of facilitation, MHE Driver Certification, maintaining various training trackers, training organization and scheduling, training new trainers, and assisting in path as needed across all of the departments in the operation. This position requires training and administrative experience with a basic understanding of adult education best practices.
Essential Functions of Job:
- Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various functional skill areas
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes that training could improve
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions
- Facilitate applicable portions of New Hire Orientation
- Maintains records of successful completion of training
- Assist in creating an annual Training Calendar
- Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings
- Evaluate performance of current trainers
- Conduct training audits to evaluate training efficacy
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Willingness operate MHE and become MHE certified
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate basic office and audiovisual equipment
Working Conditions:
- Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate MHE
- 1 year of applicable training experience

The starting base pay is $23.50 - $25.15/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for Shift Differential pay. What You’ll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $23.50 - $25.15. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
