- Education: University egree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- Experience: minimum 5 years in the role in an industrial manufacturing context
- Expertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Ability to coach and motivate
- Strong team builing attitude
- Problem solving and decision making
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent computer knowledges
- Fluent English & Italian – French will be a plus.
