Position: RETAIL TRAINING TRAINEE

YOUR IMPACT:

• Support the creation of our seasonal collection training in partnership with the merchandising team
• Create engaging video contents & support the creation of training modules
• Coordinate the department’s onboarding programs and in-person facilitations
• Track and update our leaders weekly coaching participation
• Track and update the progression of our mystery shopping scores
• Ensure the stores’ proper digital learning completion by following up with leaders and providing weekly reporting
• Track the learning progression of each new employee
• Track monthly training hours delivered by the retail training team
• Update weekly learning curriculum for store teams
• Ensure onboarding resources are continuously updated and communicated to store leaders welcoming new hires

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education: Bachelors Degree or “Equivalent Experience"

EXPERIENCE:

• Position requires minimum 1 – 2 years of internship or working experience

COMPETENCIES:

• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
• Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs (MS Office Suite, Canva)
• Passionate about communication and education
• Team player and relationship builder
• Strong presentation skills
• Empathetic with great listening skills
• Highly organized with great time management
• Creative with a strong eye for details
• Ability to work autonomously
• Previous fashion or retail sales experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication

LANGUAGES: Foreign Languages a plus
