Assistant Distribution Manager

This position is responsible for leading distribution planning across boutiques and channels to optimize inventory deployment and achieve target service levels aligned with business objectives.
Acting as a strategic partner to Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail, and Central teams, the role provides data-driven insights and recommendations based on inventory performance, sales trends, and operational risks.
The role also includes developing the Distribution Planning team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting key business decisions, and maintaining direct ownership of distribution planning for one or two product categories.
