YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The E-Merchandising Intern will ensure the accurate and timely display of product assortments, pricing, and content in alignment with campaign launches, stock availability, and seasonal priorities. The intern helps to deliver a high-performing, visually consistent, and brand-true online shopping experience.
YOUR IMPACT
e-Merchandising Execution
- Support the creation of landing pages, gift guides, and thematic banners aligned with marketing and merchandising calendars and priorities
- Apply e-visual merchandising rules across digital categories, product carousels, and homepage animations
- Execute cross-selling, upselling, and promotional displays as defined by e-merchandising plans
- Optimize onsite search & sorting rules strategies across different sites
Catalog Management
- Upload and manage product data including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization
- Coordinate with inventory and supply teams to ensure availability accuracy
- Audit and troubleshoot product content issues on e-commerce platforms
Digital / Performance Marketing
- Analyze and monitor performance marketing channels
- Coordinate email campaigns to ensure landing page consistency
Reporting & Dashboards
- Track and report on ecommerce & omnichannel performance and KPIs.
- Flag underperforming SKUs & missed opportunities
- Support post-campaign reporting on gifting moments and collection launches
COMPETENCIES
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Interest in luxury retail, digital marketing & merchandising and e-commerce
