Client Development Manager, ION Flagship

About the Role
The Clienteling Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the Flagship’s client strategy and tools that support the store in driving loyalty, sales, and client growth. The position plays a critical role in building new client acquisition strategies, cultivating relationships, and driving commercial sales.
Your Mission
Based in ION, you will animate the in-store client development strategy, collaborate on the client relations priorities, and be the client experience bridge between store and Blue Box Café. The role will also lead all bespoke client-related events and activations in store and Blue Box Café.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development
- Enhance and support store engagement metrics (e.g., repurchase rate) and adoption of clienteling tools.
Champion high-quality data capture from both Blue Box Café and retail touchpoints to inform personalized outreach.
Coach retail teams on cross-selling opportunities and client connection best practices.
Client Relations
- Cultivate and grow in-store relationships with VIC clients, building new client acquisition strategies to expand the high-value client base.
Develop and evolve a personalized outreach and appointment strategy for VIC clients, with the Flagship and Blue Box Café as a focal point for client planning.
Partner with Team Managers and PCC team to craft individual VIC client journeys.
Grow VIC client loyalty and sales by creating an integrated client journey with the Blue Box Café.
Client Experience
- Design initiatives and strategies to bridge a holistic Blue Box Café and retail experience for brand engagement.
Create unique and memorable client experiences within Blue Box Café and across the store to enhance brand desirability and drive sales.
Collaborate with teams to deliver in-store and Blue Box Café activations that elevate client experience.
Partner with Blue Box Café and retail teams to ensure consistent luxury service standards across both environments.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in client relations, private client management, or luxury activations — ideally within the fine jewelry area.
Deep understanding of the HNWI client landscape in Singapore.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders simultaneously.
A natural host: warm, composed under pressure, and fluent in the art of luxury hospitality.
Cultural fluency across the Singapore markets.
Fluent in English; additional languages a distinct advantage.
