Required Competencies and Experience
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in network/systems infrastructure, and IT technical support.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Hands-on experience in multi-site infrastructure environments; retail experience is a plus.
- Experience in IT asset management and lifecycle management processes.
- Experience managing external vendors and telecommunications service providers.
- Experience participating in infrastructure projects and operational support activities.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, switching, firewall technologies, and SD-WAN.
- Cisco and Meraki solutions, including monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Understanding of endpoint and mobility ecosystems; experience with Workspace ONE and Apple iOS is a plus.
- Infrastructure monitoring, patch management coordination, and asset lifecycle follow-up.
- Practical use of PowerShell for basic administration tasks and operational automation.
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles.
- Understanding of IT security fundamentals and infrastructure compliance requirements.

必要な能力・経験
経験
- ネットワーク、システムインフラストラクチャー、ITテクニカルサポートに関する実務経験が5年以上あること
- トラブルシューティングやRCA（Root Cause Analysis）の実務経験
- 複数拠点環境におけるハンズオン対応経験（リテール、支店、または分散拠点インフラのサポート経験があれば尚可）
- IT資産の運用管理、ライフサイクル管理の実務経験
- 外部ベンダーおよび通信事業者などのベンダー管理経験
- インフラプロジェクトおよび運用サポート業務への参画経験
技術スキル
- ネットワークインフラ：LAN、WAN、Wi-Fi、VPN、ルーティング、スイッチング、ファイアウォールの基礎、SD-WAN の概念
- Cisco / Meraki ソリューション（監視、設定、トラブルシューティングを含む）
- Windows Server / Active Directory / Microsoft 365
- エンドポイントおよびモビリティエコシステムに関する理解（Workspace ONE および Apple iOS の知識があれば尚可）
- インフラ監視、パッチ適用調整、IT資産ライフサイクルのフォローアップ
- 簡易的な管理業務や運用自動化のためのPowerShellの活用
