- Over 10 years’ experience in relevant field in fashion and/or luxury retail.
- Good communication skills in English, flexibility to work well with different cultures.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to influence and lead a team of 10 people
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with store managers and the retail community
- Good ability in using Office Suite programs
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of 10 visual merchandisers.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of luxury brands.
- Fluency in English is essential.
