Trainee, Merchandising Women's RTW

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Organizational skills, drive for results and ability to independently problem solve
- Ability to deliver tight deadlines while being detail oriented
- Thrive in fast-paced environment with self-motivated mentality
- Effectively and professionally communicate with Boutique teams
- Operate all systems and retail programs necessary to perform the job
- Flexibility to react quickly to changing demands of business; able to set priorities to maximize time effectively and efficiently
- Technical ability to manage merchandising software
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full-time, 12 Month Program
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday WFH
- At least 6 months of prior Merchandising/Buying work or internship experience, luxury retail Women’s experience preferred; strong working knowledge of Retail Math and Retail critical metrics
- Strong knowledge of Excel & PPT, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
