What is important for the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a structured and reliable approach to work.
- Motivated, curious, and eager to learn about HR and Talent Development, with a natural passion for people.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Eagerness to learn and go beyond the assigned task, with a desire to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives.
- Able to take initiative, while also being adaptable and responsive to changing priorities.
- Positive, open-minded, and collaborative, with an interest in contributing ideas and fresh perspectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English; Spanish and any other language a plus.
Internship Requirements
To join our internship program, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:
- You must currently be enrolled in a university or an accredited Business School and be eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution.
- If you are an EU citizen, you will need a valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number). If you are a non-EU citizen, a valid work permit is required.
- The internship duration is 6 months, with full-time availability preferred.
