Accounts Payable Accountant (SEA Team)
Sephora is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant for our Shared Service Centre who will report to the Assistant Accounts Payable Manager for Shared Services and play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of the ongoing financial operations and will be expected to take complete ownership of your areas of focus.

- Taking responsibility for accounts payable tasks with efficiency and accuracy – including vendor invoice processing for high volume of invoices and disbursements, vendor communication, internal control monitoring
- Ensuring proper controls on disbursements and electronic payments
- Achieving required deadlines for monthly, quarterly, half-year and year-end close
We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- Fluent in English
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting function
- Large ERP system experience, SAP preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritise work
