Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CRM Analytics, Client Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Client Development within luxury retail.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Qlik, Excel, and reporting/dashboard development.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail clienteling and CRM best practices.
- Knowledge of client segmentation, customer lifecycle management, appointment productivity, and client acquisition metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
Success in this Role
The successful candidate will be recognized for turning CRM data into business action. Through insightful reporting, thoughtful analysis, and close partnership with boutique teams, this role will help elevate client development across North America by enabling boutiques to make smarter decisions, strengthen client relationships, and drive measurable business results.
Rather than simply reporting performance, this role will ensure analytics lead to execution—empowering boutiques with practical recommendations that improve client engagement, sales productivity, and overall client experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 - 160,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
