What is important for the role:
- Previous experience as an IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar role, ideally within eCommerce, retail, luxury or customer-facing digital environments.
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and eCommerce platforms, including integrations with CRM, OMS, Payments, Logistics or similar systems.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) would be a strong advantage.
- Fluent English is required; French would be a plus.
