Your Impact:
The European Retail Education team plays a key role in the company's growth. By strategically collaborating with the Marketing, Commercial, Retail and Human Resources departments, we define and implement a European training strategy that aligns with the Maison's global objectives. We ensure effective and consistent implementation through multiple communication channels and innovative training tools across all European markets.
As the Europe Retail Education Manager – Skincare & Dior Spas, you will be directly responsible for developing the expertise of Dior and multi-brand Beauty Consultants (BCs) in the field of skincare and Dior spa rituals across Europe. Your leadership will help build a highly skilled and engaged training community, capable of delivering an elevated, expert and distinctive Dior client experience across retail and spa touchpoints.
The spa business is becoming an increasingly important strategic priority for the Maison, notably as a powerful lever to strengthen Direct-to-Consumer desirability, recruitment, client engagement and loyalty. In this context, this role is critical to elevating skincare authority, service excellence and the consistency of Dior Spa expression across Europe.
This is a newly created position, reflecting a strategic evolution in the organisation of roles and responsibilities between markets and the European region, aiming to centralize and enhance expertise in Retail Education.
