Based –Cheadle - 3 days per week in the office

Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days per week on site (based on full time hours - This role will require customer interaction with international travel across Customer, Internal and Supplier.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Under Water Systems(UWS) business to join the international Mine Warfare team

In this role you will take the lead on delivering products and projects successfully across the full development project lifecycle and you will be part of the leadership team helping guide project governance and implementation.

Some of the Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

This role requires a strong leader who will seek to demonstrate and develop their skills and capability within a high-profile challenging project environment.

You will have a proven track record of delivering challenging development projects  in a context relevant to Thales within a complex, multi-site organisation together with the following:-

Security Clearance Requirement:

Due to the nature of the work that we do at Thales, many of our roles are subject to security restrictions.  This role requires Security Clearance (SC). It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment. 

To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.  In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
