Ready to work alongside global experts and leading Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) from day one? Thales Cybersecurity & Digital Identity is opening a 12-month Technical Consultant Trainee program within our Mobile Communication Services organization — an intensive, structured path into the world of 5G, eSIM, IoT, and digital identity solutions. 🌍📡
In one year, you'll gain the technical expertise, business knowledge, and customer-facing skills that would normally take much longer to build — through dedicated coaching, hands-on project ownership, and direct exposure to global MNO relationships. High-performing trainees are considered for future opportunities within Thales.
🔧 What You'll Do
- Support technical relationships with MNOs on SIM, eSIM (Digital Profile), and IoT connectivity solutions
- Build expertise in SIM/USIM, eSIM, OTA, and mobile network architecture
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams on pre-sales, technical proposals, and project execution
- Contribute to end-to-end SIM/eSIM project delivery — from requirements to post-deployment support
- Perform validation activities to ensure products meet quality and customer standards
- Gain hands-on proficiency in Thales tools, platforms, and project management processes
🎯 Must-Haves
- Recent graduate in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of mobile networks or telecom standards
✨ Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to SIM/eSIM technologies or telecom standards through academic projects or internships
- Curiosity about cybersecurity and digital identity trends
- Comfort working in international, cross-functional teams
