The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join our People Team. You'll play a key role in delivering an efficient and seamless HR service, coordinating people processes across the employee lifecycle while providing first-line support to colleagues and managers. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure our HR operations are accurate, compliant and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and leaver processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll, reporting and data management activities.
- Provide first-line advice on HR policies and processes, escalating more complex queries where appropriate.
- Coordinate learning and development activities, regulated role compliance and the maintenance of the job description library.
- Process invoices and support budget tracking for the People Service Delivery function.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the People Team, Payroll, Finance and the wider business while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in HR administration or HR operations, ideally within a shared services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate a variety of HR activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate employee data and records.
- Good understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and policy application.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with experience using HR systems and producing accurate reporting.
