Technical Business Analyst Intern (CI/CD CHAMP) (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks

• Learn from and be mentored by a senior in-house product development team
• Support the teams with various tasks related to the projects
• Gather and clarify requirements from product owners and stakeholders
• Translatе business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work in close collaboration both with business stakeholders and the development team, act as a bridge between them
• Document features, workflows, and system behavior (Confluence / diagrams)
• Maintain and refining documentation for the CHAMP Admin Portal (as-is / to-be)
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in requirements
• Contributе to process flows and functional specifications
• Get the opportunity for full-time employment after successfully completing the program

Your Profile

• Currently a bachelor’s or master’s student in a technical major
• Interested in the business logic driving IT products – how needs shape requirements and requirements shape code
• Interested in software architecture
• Some experience in drawing software diagrams
• Highly motivated to learn new things and shape your future career in IT
• Communicative and proactive
• Fluent in English
• German would be considered as an advantage.
