Job Purpose
Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and driving market growth within the assigned territory. The position will cover the territory management of Kotawaringin Barat (Pangkalan Bun and Lamandau)
Key Responsibilities
Managing Unilever Distributor sales operation to achieve company's target by strengthening the fundamentals of Coverage, Distribution, Merchandising and Activation
Creating the annual, quarterly, and monthly plan to maximize the territory potency and should be agreed as well as monitored through Joint Business Review
Conducting salesman training to meet Unilever standard
Making sure distributor profitability for business sustainability to grow
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales volume and value achievement.
Market share growth.
Distribution coverage and outlet productivity.
Availability of products in the market.
Distributor performance and inventory health.
Execution of promotional programs.
Collection and accounts receivable performance (if applicable).
Required Skills

Territory and distributor management.
Team leadership and coaching.
Data analysis and reporting.
Communication and relationship-building.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing.
Strong knowledge of sales operations and channel management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
