JOB PURPOSE
As CMI Skin Cleansing & Oral Care Coordinator, you will act as a strategic business partner to Marketing, Trade Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Media teams, providing consumer, shopper, and market intelligence that shapes decisions across portfolio, brand, pricing, and innovation, while also measuring marketing effectiveness.
In this role, you will identify growth opportunities by integrating multiple data sources, including continuous market data, primary research, and secondary data. You will connect market dynamics, macroeconomic context, category and competitor performance, and consumer behaviour to turn complexity into clear business opportunities and actionable recommendations.
You will be expected to uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and bring a forward-looking perspective to the business. Success in this position depends on creative problem solving, strong analytical rigor and the ability to communicate insights in a compelling way that inspires action across teams.
A solid foundation in market intelligence, research methodologies, and synthesis of multiple data sources is essential, as well as the ability to connect the dots and translate findings into clear strategic direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver business analytics and reporting that support decision making across Marketing, Trade Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Media
Manage and ensure quality of key data sources
Develop in-depth market and consumer reporting using retail and household panel data
Track and report consumer and brand KPIs
Support portfolio strategy in Brazil by bringing a strong consumer and brand perspective and identifying strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities across segments
Manage the tracking of consumer and brand KPIs across Skin Cleansing and Oral Care categories in Brazil
Support the Skin Cleansing & Oral Care innovation pipeline in Brazil and LatAm through consumer-led recommendations that help unlock growth
Apply a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to consolidate learnings across brands and channels and strengthen recommendations for campaigns, innovations, and future product development.
Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses that ensure the voice of the consumer is reflected in each project, clarifying the need it addresses and its impact on brand positioning.
Use different sources and tools, such as social listening, search trends, and analytics, to gather, consolidate, and translate data into relevant insights.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including Marketing, Trade Marketing, R&D, Sales, Media, Finance, and Global/Latam teams, as well as external research, creative, and media agencies, to turn learnings into clear and actionable recommendations.
Build and track metrics that help keep the category relevant, competitive, and meaningful to consumers, while strengthening brand positioning.

Knowledge Synthesis – Harnesses and leverages existing knowledge to address business issues and opportunities or surface new ones. Develops outputs that are simple, fact-based rather than fact-filled, with strong storytelling, clear recommendations, and business impact.
Technical Mastery – Defines and executes the right research approaches and processes to close knowledge gaps and convert technical expertise into practical applications. Experience working with continuous research data, such as retail audit, consumer panel, and brand tracking. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bacheloor’s Degreed completed;
Experience in Consumer & Market Insights, Research, Marketing Intelligence, Shopper Insights, or Market Data Analysis;
Experience managing and partnering with continuous research suppliers such as Nielsen, Kantar, and consumer panel providers;
Knowledge of ad hoc research methodologies, such as concept and product tests, innovation studies, U&A, consumer segmentation, and assortment studies;
Comfortable using AI-based methods and tools in day-to-day work;
Experience with agile research approaches, suppliers, or study designs;
Languages: Advanced English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with social listening and data analytics tools is a plus;
Intermediate to advanced Spanish is a plus.
