Domestic Marketing Executive

About the role
- Create, plan, and execute innovative end-to-end marketing plans for our roster of domestic artists/products, across various digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube
- Use insights and data to identify target audiences and trends to inspire unique online (and sometimes offline marketing strategies) to encourage streaming and grow digital revenue
- Adopt and maintain best practices to grow respective artists’ social media accounts
- Effective digital ad buying and engaging content creation for the right target audience
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on marketing priorities
- Proactively establish and maintain relationships with contacts in and outside of the music industry to create opportunities for our artists locally
- Assist with organizing and executing promotional tours for artists as required (both virtual and on-ground)
- Keep the team up-to-date across the latest trends, media events and activities
- Attend showcases, concerts, events, gigs when required and assist if necessary (both virtual and on-ground)
Day-to-Day Duties & Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management + Optimization (across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube)
- Digital ad-buying (primarily FB, IG, TikTok and YouTube)
- Plan the monthly social media calendar for our slate of domestic artists and execute social media campaigns on a regular basis
- Media relations and brand partnerships
- Engagement of influencers/creators for campaigns
- Working in tandem with the intern and external producers to create content and assets
- Compilation of marketing reports, decks and general administrative duties
Desirable Traits:
- Years of experience: Min. 2 years
- Hard/soft skill requirements: Social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
- Good to have: Social listening tools such as Social Bakers
- Excellent project management skills and sense of ownership
- Positive attitude, loves music, knows how to inject fun into work and is good at time management
- Education level: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Language requirements: English and second language (Mandarin/Malay) will be a bonus
