Customer Account Owner with French

Job purpose
Be the process owner of all incoming requests from customers and internal business partners / stakeholders via e-mail/EDI/B2B portal/other channels within the French market.
Key accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end process of customer contacts, from first contact to final resolution & communication back to the customer (Phone, email, payment cases, EDI platform and other channels)
- Delegate and follow-up the customer request resolutions with all internal stakeholders
- Lead Sales missions within your scope (prospection, market research, etc.)
- Manage several accounts as Digital Account Manager and create long-term commercial connections with customers.
- Treat incoming orders and requests from customers according to the process definitions to ensure delivering and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA´s – on time in full

Behavioral, Language & Technical competencies
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Customer facing role
- Fluency in French and English
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload efficiently
- Problem solving experience and leading issue resolution
- MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Macro´s preferred
- SAP or other ERP application experience is beneficial
