Senior Finance Specialist - Global PMO & Operations

Purpose of the role -
Drive Global Value Creation & Process Transformation
- Lead value creation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global Strategy & Operations (S&O) organization.
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and business insights.
- Manage cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring effective project and change management.
- Analyze business processes and performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop improvement roadmaps and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.
Business Planning & Performance Management
- Coordinate the annual (1YP) and long-term (10YP) planning processes in line with AB InBev's business planning cycle.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against plan and forecast across multiple dimensions, including zone, location, function, and initiative.
- Prepare forecasting updates (Latest Estimate) by incorporating actual results and planned business deliverables for both short- and long-term horizons.
- Proactively track business case delivery and value realization for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Reporting & Executive Decision Support
- Develop insightful analyses, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations for Senior Leadership and key stakeholders.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Financial Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key owner of Global S&O financial performance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting.
- Partner closely with finance and business stakeholders across functions to maintain high-quality financial data and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide proactive visibility into business performance, enabling informed decision-making by senior leadership.
Requirements -
Financial and/or Project management education background
Financial and/or Project management - 5+ years' experience
Strong communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills
Accuracy in data management
