Job Purpose
As a Finance Specialist, this is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for processing the incoming Real Estate Contracts and ensure a timely payment of related invoices. We are looking for a new team member who would take ownership of the role and work closely with internal stakeholders.
What will you be doing:
· Read, understand, and maintain owners’ and tenants’ real estate contracts in the system
· Keep Level 5 process documentation updated as processes evolve
· Process related invoices for taxes and utilities sent by owners/suppliers
· Reconcile open owner balances and contact the owners if necessary
· Ensure timely payments to owners/suppliers
· Improve the current processes to ensure maximum efficiency
· Create synergy between the different Real Estate departments in the countries
What you will bring:
· Fluency in English
· Graduate degree in Economics/Business Management/etc.
· Stress resilience, self-driven and proactive mindset
· Good business sense and customer satisfaction mindset
· Structured and systematic approach to delivering business solutions
· MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
· Relevant SAP application knowledge is a plus
