Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Full Stack Application Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications and next-generation Agentic AI solutions that automate business processes across the firm.
This individual serves as the technical leader responsible for defining and implementing the architecture for AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents, and enterprise integrations while remaining a hands-on full stack engineer. The role combines expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, enterprise integration, and modern AI technologies to build scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience designing enterprise software architectures and is comfortable evaluating, integrating, and applying a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem—including LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tools—to solve complex business problems.

Job Description

This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
