Head of PD Business Planning, Data Analytic cum Proposition Development

Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Develop PD’s annual business plan, including APE, MAPA, persistency, segment penetration, and product mix targets.
- Drive sales forecasting, performance reporting, and governance decks for ExCo, SteerCos, and QBPR.
Product Proposition Development
- Translate strategic direction and segment priorities into executable product propositions and campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support proposition refinement and optimization
- Collaborate with bank product and marketing teams at middle and working levels to design and implement customer propositions aligned with agreed business strategy
- Optimize propositions based on channel economics and performance insights
- Drive campaign execution in partnership with Channel Marketing and Sales Planning
Distribution Agreement & Bank Engagement
- Support implementation and ongoing management of Distribution Agreements in line with commercial terms and governance set by PD Business Strategy
- Ensure execution-level compliance with DA terms and regulatory requirements, and escalate any deviations or regulatory risks to PD Business Strategy
- Proactively identify operational gaps or improvement opportunities in DA execution and escalate to PD Business Strategy for alignment and decision
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance) to ensure consistent interpretation and execution of DA provisions
Data Management & Analytics
- Own dashboard development and enhancement for PD and bank users.
- Leverage analytics for sales funnel optimization, segmentation, and campaign design; deliver actionable insights.
Compensation & Incentives Governance
- Design and manage contest schemes and customer campaign to bank partners.
- Ensure strong governance and effective usage of marketing allowance budgets.
Transformation Initiatives
- Lead enterprise-level PD transformation initiatives to uplift sales quality
- Embed governance, KPIs, and enterprise alignment for scalable, high-impact execution
- Drive organization-wide change to embed sustainable capabilities and behaviors
People Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team across planning, analytics, and proposition development.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and coaching culture; provide recognition and development opportunities.
Groom team members, identify training needs, and instill professionalism and operational excellence.
