Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you'll do

As a Project - Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting executive operations and administrative priorities in a dynamic client environment by:

• Executing the published RIO plan

• Managing the process to update the 1 RIO Plan as the program office evolves new and better ways to manage risks, issues, and opportunities

• Interfacing w/ Govt Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) to educate their staff on the proper RIO processes and to advise the IPTLs on the characterization of risks, issues, and opportunities 

• Interfacing with the clients Class Desk (chief engineer) organization on the RIO process  

• Managing complex calendars, schedule forecasts, and daybooks

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 

• Active Secret clearance.

• Must be able to maintain the RIO database and run the monthly RIO meetings. 

• Knowledge of RIO principals necessary.

• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• This role is based in Lexington Park, MD. Applicants will be expected to be on site with the client a few times a month.

Preferred:

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience drafting, editing, and proofreading briefings, reports, and presentations.

• Knowledge of aircraft program office organization and process.  

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,100 to $100,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
