Your missions
As a member of the HR Controlling team, you will contribute to driving HR performance and support the HR and Finance teams in their decision-making process. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Payroll management:Participatein monitoring and analyzing personnel costs (salaries, social charges, bonuses, etc.) compared to the budget.
- Reporting & HR KPIs: Produce monthly scorecards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, gender parity, diversity, etc.) for HR Business Partners and Finance teams
- Budgetary process: Contribute to Plan and Trend campaigns toanticipatefuture recruitment needs
- HR Analytics: Leverage HR data using Excel, Power BI, or SAP toidentifytrends and formulate recommendations
- Social audits: Ensure HR data reliability and compliance with Group policies
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2program (business school, IAE, or university) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship with a strong analytical specialization in Management Control, Finance, or Human Resources
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent mastery of Excel
- Strong affinity for Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for data analysis
