As a People Partner, you will collaborate closely with business teams to create an inclusive, engaged, and capable workforce. By partnering with leaders, global HR teams, and People & Culture Centers of Excellence, you will design people strategies that drive organizational growth, foster leadership, and strengthen the employee experience. This role combines strong HR knowledge with a strategic and collaborative mindset using insights from data and human connection.You will play an important role in building leadership capabilities, growing talent, improving organizational effectiveness, and supporting a positive and inclusive culture.Your Profile
- Significant experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in global, technology-driven, or complex organizations
- Capability to partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement
- Knowledge of HR disciplines such as talent management, change facilitation, and performance practices
- Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret workforce insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work
In this role, you’ll:
- Partner with business teams to align people strategies with business priorities
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development for future capability needs
- Support leadership and manager growth through coaching and constructive feedback
- Promote internal mobility, inclusion, and career growth opportunities
- Use workforce analytics to provide insights on engagement, diversity, and organizational health
- Facilitate performance and development processes that encourage continuous feedback and fairness
- Partner with teams to enhance employee experience through wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations while fostering an ethical workplace
- Collaborate with global HR networks and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, impactful solutions
