We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our award-winning Early Careers Recruitment Team as an Early Careers Recruitment Assistant Manager on an initial shorter term basis. This forward-thinking team is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience and enhancing the firm's diversity. The team comprises c. 30 in-house individuals and is supported by a recruitment process outsource (RPO) for screening and scheduling.

Connect to your opportunity

As an Assistant Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Careers programmes within a specific business area. This will involve strategically managing talent pipelines to meet recruitment demands while upholding diversity, commercial viability, and a positive candidate experience.

You’ll ideally be based in one of our UK Talent Acquisition hubs either in London, Reading, Birmingham, Manchester or Glasgow.
