ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Commercial Finance Manager, Marketing & Innovation to partner with our Marketing team and help shape investment decisions that drive sustainable growth across our portfolio. Acting as a trusted business partner, this role provides ongoing financial analysis, business modelling and performance insights to support Strategic Planning, AOP, forecasting and innovation initiatives. Success in this role means providing actionable insights, influencing key business decisions and maximizing returns on commercial investments.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner closely with Marketing teams to provide financial insights and decision support for brands, innovations and commercial initiatives.
Deliver ongoing financial analysis, modelling and business performance insights.
Support Strategic Planning, AOP and forecasting processes.
Analyze performance against plan, previous year and business targets, identifying risks and opportunities.
Drive performance visibility across brand P&Ls and support commercial decision-making.
Evaluate Advertising & Promotion (A&P) effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities.
Support productivity initiatives and value creation opportunities across brands.
Manage controls related to pricing and A&P investments.
Own performance dashboards, reporting routines and business performance visibility.
Build business cases and financial models to support investments and strategic decisions.
Support long-term strategic initiatives and special projects.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
3-5 years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Performance or related disciplines.
Experience partnering with commercial, marketing or business teams.
Strong financial modelling, analytical and business insight capabilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory).
Experience building business cases, forecasts and performance reporting.
Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Power BI and SAP is highly desirable.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
Experience within FMCG or Consumer Goods environments is highly valued.
Advanced English proficiency is highly desirable.
