We are seeking a talented individual to join our Line 2 Risk and Compliance team at Mercer Super. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role supports the Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance to help Mercer Super navigate a complex regulatory environment and deliver compliant, risk-aware outcomes for members. You will join the team during an important period of uplift across risk management and compliance, contributing to framework development, regulatory change activity and practical compliance support across the business.
