We are a collaborative and delivery-focused team responsible for ensuring the successful development, delivery, and operation of critical Trade Repository applications. Our mission is to provide reliable, compliant, and high-quality services that support regulatory reporting obligations and business growth.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between Business, Product, IT and Operations teams, ensuring effective governance, delivery execution, and continuous improvement of the application lifecycle. You will work closely with Product Owners, Application IT Managers, Development Teams, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Security and key business stakeholders to deliver value while maintaining the highest quality and regulatory standards
What You Will Do
- Lead the governance of the application, ensuring adherence to SDLC standards, quality requirements, and agreed ways of working.
- Own release planning and delivery execu
- tion in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams, ensuring transparency on scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Monitor delivery performance, define and analyze delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Support solution implementation and operational excellence activities, ensuring service stability, incident follow-up, and production readiness.
- Act as the main business stakeholder for application-related initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management, security, and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Service Delivery Management, Application Management, Product Delivery, or a similar role within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC governance, backlog management, release planning, and software quality practices.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Business, Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Security functions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive delivery in complex and regulated environments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Spanish is considered an advantage.
