Your work profile

Salesforce Data Cloud Developer / Senior Consultant with hands-on experience across Salesforce Clouds. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including complex data transforms, and a strong understanding of Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced data transforms in Salesforce Data Cloud using complex formulas and calculated insights to derive enriched attributes and behavioral signals.
• Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and activation flows across Salesforce Clouds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify customer data and enable real-time personalization and segmentation
• Configure and optimize Data Cloud features including data streams, harmonization rules, and audience activation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all Salesforce platforms.
• Support integration efforts between Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce core using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for scalable, reusable Data Cloud implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data transformation issues, ensuring performance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Data Cloud and at least one other Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, especially in building complex calculated insights and segmentation logic.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and audience activation strategies.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce APIs, SQL, and declarative tools for data operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Marketing Cloud Administrator are preferred.

Key skills required: 

• Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.
• Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.
• Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
• Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
• Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.
• Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.

 We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Data Processing Engine (DPE), Decision Tables, and Business Rules to design, implement, and optimize loyalty programs. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our team. The SFMC Developer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and Marketing Cloud Personalisation. This role involves leveraging SFMC tools and technologies, such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and SQL, to design, build, and manage personalized and data-driven marketing solutions. He should be well equipped with sitemap creation , javascript and web / server side campaigns. He should have clear concept of content zones and recipes.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and data integration, combined with expertise in web development and database management. As an SFMC Developer, you will collaborate closely with marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or any other Customer Data Platform software.
• Design, develop and deliver Marketing Automation studio solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Platform, including email, Journey Builder™, Cloud Pages, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, integration architectures and data governance best practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set, manage, and document expectations.
• Translate client requirements in detail, well to understand technical and functional documentation.
• Implement data integration processes to bring together data from various sources into the sources, ensure data quality and accuracy by cleaning, transforming, and standardizing data as needed.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Build solutions that utilize out-of-the-box features and modules and customize according to the requirement in Salesforce Data/Marketing Cloud.
• Experience on Website and mobile app event tracking, API integrations and SDKs.
• Experience on Salesforce connectors, Code languages (incl. SSJS), knowledge of JSON data structure and should be excellent with SQL.
• Awareness of developing AMP scripts in journey builder or profile segmentation.
• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.
• Engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, performance, and solution design specific to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, design and optimize business processes focusing on data integration architecture.
• Demonstrate capabilities on Marketing cloud personalization campaigns
• Proficient in building sitemaps, recipes, content zones, and web/server side campaigns
• Proficient in SSJS

Essential Skills and experience

·       5 to 7 years of experience in SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, CDP, Einstein, Automation studio etc.)

·       Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications

·       Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
