         Key skills required: 

• Work experience in Credit and Credit Transformation activities.• Understand key components of RWA calculator and workings.• Knowledge and experience in credit processes and policies is preferred

•  Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, prioritizing backlog, etc. is essential.

•  Experience in managing project documentation such as user stories and test scenarios using collaboration toolsMin 4+ years of banking domain experience (Must). Corporate/CIB credit domain experience.

•  

  Functional knowledge of client lifecycle systems in a Corporate, Commercial, or Institutional banking context.

   

•  

   Proactive and self-driven individual who can manage and work with various stakeholder management including business leaders/ group of business users.

•  

  Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to all levels.

• Oversee multiple projects: Manage and coordinate multiple projects. Develop high-level plans, schedule tasks, and manage timelines for the projects/initiatives.• Facilitate discussions and resolve issues/blockers between different teams or stakeholders and take the accountability for the pace of delivery.

• Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively across multiple projects; manage tasks, and deadlines simultaneously using strong organizational skills.• Good understanding of the AI/ML and Analytics based projects- Understanding of different stages, lifecycle, and challenges involved in getting AI and analytics initiatives delivered.

       Location and way of working:

• Base location: Bengaluru
• Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
