Specialist – Communication
We are looking for a communications professional who combines exceptional writing and storytelling skills with strong project management capabilities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable drafting executive communications, managing end-to-end campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating engaging multimedia content—including short-form videos and social-first storytelling assets—to drive employee engagement.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Communication on the USI Communications team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, drafting, and executing internal communication initiatives across channels, including emails, newsletters, videos, podcasts, digital and gamified experiences, intranet content, and social posts
- Partnering with communications, creative, and business teams to understand objectives, identify communication opportunities, and deliver solutions that inform, inspire, and drive action
- Managing projects, timelines, and deliverables from concept to completion while ensuring content aligns with Deloitte quality, brand, and editorial standards
- Assessing communication needs, developing clear messaging, and using data and insights to measure effectiveness and refine content
- Creating multimedia content, including short-form videos, employee stories, event highlights, leadership snippets, and social-first assets, using mobile devices and digital editing tools
The team
USI Communications is a team of professionals specializing in Communications, Public Relations and Communication Technology. The team reinforces Deloitte’s culture, and brand internally while helping manage and protect the organization’s external reputation. The team serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring employees receive timely, relevant and engaging information that helps them excel professionally and maintain well-being.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or another specified field
- 3-5 years of experience in communications within a large organization, agency, media environment, or corporate communications function
- Experience drafting communications and campaign content across channels such as email, newsletters, intranet, social, video, or podcast platforms
- Experience managing multiple communications projects, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables
- Experience using digital publishing platforms, content tools, and social media channels
- Experience creating multimedia content for digital and social platforms, including mobile video capture and basic video editing
- Experience using engagement data or campaign metrics to evaluate and refine communications
Preferred:
- Experience applying Chicago Manual of Style or Associated Press (AP) Stylebook
