We’re looking for a USI-based contractor to manage regular, ad hoc reporting & manage remediation work for transformation to ensure operational efficiencies and deliverables that meet the highest level of quality. The role is expected to closely collaborate with other Talent teams (e.g., Data Platforms) to coordinate reporting deliverables dependent on new data technologies (e.g., Avature, MySource etc.) and to structure a team environment for members to thrive and develop.
Work you'll do
As a PROJECT - Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Reporting Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting automated reporting and analytics solutions by building an understanding of data flows and interfacing systems in Dataiku and Tableau
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines, Python scripts, and reporting processes to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Delivering recurring and ad hoc reports through accurate data extraction, cleansing, formatting, validation, and scheduling
- Troubleshooting reporting issues, reviewing data integrity concerns, and supporting quality checks and controls across reporting outputs
- Creating and maintaining documentation for datasets, workflows, reporting logic, dashboards, and analytical outputs
The team
TE&E – Reporting Solutions team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complement our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuel the business.
The Reporting Team develops reports and report automation solutions to manage the volume, timeliness, accuracy, and dispersal of reports to talent/business stakeholders directly and other People Analytics teams for further insights (e.g., visualizations, data science). Additionally, the team manages self-service knowledge portals, including cutting-edge technology, to deliver data and analytics "just in time" to stakeholders and leaders.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in reporting
- Experience using Dataiku for workflow development, data transformation, automation, and analytics enablement
- Experience designing and developing business-facing and internal reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Experience using Tableau, Python, and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis and reporting
- Experience supporting human resources reporting
