What You’ll Do
- Lead and own critical projects or key workstreams, taking charge of project plans to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.

- Inspire and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate with influence — engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping everyone aligned and energized.
- Anticipate and conquer challenges by identifying risks early and crafting innovative solutions.
- Champion best practices and share your expertise to elevate project delivery across the organization.
What You Bring
- A track record of delivering results in dynamic environments—minimum three years of related experience, with at least one year leading projects.
- Financial Services or Management Consulting experience is a plus.
- Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change.
- Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued.
- Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and communication skills — you’re a natural collaborator and motivator.
