Job Overview
Job Purpose:
This management-level role is responsible for the effective execution and oversight of critical administrative, operational, and governance activities across the Jersey franchise. Key areas include managing external audits, business continuity, regulatory compliance, third-party relationships, expense processing, and business support. The position requires strong multitasking abilities and involves managing one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Management & Governance: Serve as the primary Jersey contact, providing operational oversight and administrative support. Manage CRM, MCA activities, KPI/KRI reporting, and lead the annual National Risk Assessment. Support all audit and regulatory governance requirements.
- Third-Party & Vendor Oversight: Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including risk reviews and ongoing management.
- Business Continuity: Maintain and support Continuity of Business (CoB) and resilience activities as a member of the Jersey Crisis Management Team.
- Financial & Records Administration: Manage procure-to-pay processes (POs, invoicing), PADA approvals, and act as Records Management Officer for Business Risk and TTS.
- Workplace & HR Support: Coordinate local Citi initiatives, payroll validations, absence monitoring, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
- Regulatory & Operational Compliance: Administer GFCID requests, support payment reporting, coordinate audit responses, and provide continuous governance, risk, and regulatory oversight.
- Business support: Provide governance support for certain business activities, for example supporting TTS Relationship Managers, coordinating account openings and overseeing KYC renewals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in regulated financial services (e.g., Private, Corporate, or Transaction Banking) with robust operational and business management experience. Demonstrable track record in governance, risk, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance within complex, matrix-managed organizations.
- Knowledge: Essential understanding of outsourcing governance, third-party oversight, and risk management, coupled with experience in governance, risk, compliance, and control frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, planning, and project management capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high degree of attention to detail are also required.
- Leadership & Competencies: Strong leadership, relationship management, and influencing skills. Self-motivated, resilient, accountable, and professional, with sound judgment. Collaborative team player, experienced in partnering with senior leaders and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture, committed to continuous improvement.
