A Day in the Life
As a Retail Design Intern in our L'Oréal Luxe Division, you will join a close-knit team of three, reporting directly to the Retail Design Project Manager. You will be at the heart of bringing our prestigious brands to life in-store, ensuring a premium and engaging consumer experience.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Merchandising & POS Design: You will be responsible for regular product display updates in stores and work with marketing teams to design compelling Point of Sale (POS) materials and launch guidelines.
- Project Coordination: You will assist the team in planning new launches and promotions, and take charge of small-scale POS production projects from creation to distribution.
- In-Store Excellence: You will conduct regular store visits across the Czech Republic to ensure our brand presence is perfectly executed and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team Support: You will be an administrative hero for your team, preparing analyses, presentations, and other essential documents to support our retail strategy.
YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU:
- Are a university student
- Available between 25 and 32 hours a week
- Are a team player interested in retail
- Are detail-oriented and proactive – new ideas are always welcomed
- Have a customer-oriented and team-cooperative approach to problem solving
- Have good analytical skills and the ability to manage more complex tasks
- Have strong communication and organization skills
- Are fluent in English and Czech/ Slovak language
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have a creative spark – basic knowledge of graphic design software is a plus, but not a requirement
