A Day in the Life
Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Head of Commercial IT, NA SAPMENA, you will be the primary architect and orchestrator of our strategic BEST Program. You will act as the key pivot point bridging regional commercial strategies with our India Tech Hub (ITH) delivery teams to maximize business value.
Strategic Roadmap & Delivery
- Drive the long-term technological and operational strategy for Zone Commercial IT.
- Consolidate market requirements into a cohesive Zone roadmap for SFA, DMS, and BPM.
- Manage dependencies and resource conflicts to guarantee seamless application deployments.
Financial & Program Governance
- Own end-to-end CAPEX/OPEX budget tracking and optimize resource allocation costs.
- Establish and lead high-level SteerCos and operational reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Define and govern the operational framework integrating commercial resources with ITH squads.
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to Market Tech Leads and Zone Business Owners, translating complex tech architectures into business outcomes.
- Champion the cultural shift required to run a blended business-and-tech captive model.
We Are Looking For
You are a highly experienced, strategic leader driven to lead large-scale business transformations and build collaborative, high-performing environments.
- Extensive experience in IT Program Management, Business Transformation, or IT Consulting within the FMCG or Retail sectors.
- Proven track record of managing or setting up global delivery hubs, shared services, or business-captive operations.
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale rollouts for SFA (Salesforce), DMS, and BPM solutions.
- Advanced financial acumen with experience managing complex IT budgets.
- Mastered expertise in Agile program management at scale (Scrum, Kanban) and structured Change Management frameworks.
