Sales Analyst (VIE)

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a VIE - AI sales process analyst to join the Sales team. The position will be based in London, and start 1 November 2026. You will report to the Head of Sales & Business Development.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Supporting the redesign and optimisation of sales processes through artificial intelligence and agentic AI solutions
- Identifying, evaluating and implementing high-impact AI use cases across sales and marketing activities
- Acting as the key liaison between sales & marketing and the Group AI & digital teams
- Monitoring emerging AI capabilities and translating them into practical business applications
- Transforming commercial reporting into actionable business intelligence
- Designing and automating dashboards and performance tracking tools
- Enhancing management reporting through data visualisation, automation and AI-powered insights
- Producing strategic client profiles and executive briefing materials for senior leadership meetings
- Analysing client activity, revenue trends and market developments
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, data, AI and digital teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Supporting key client working groups and selected commercial events
Your profile:
- Technical skills: Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools (such as Python, TensorFlow or Power BI), data visualisation, dashboard automation, and business intelligence platforms
- Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving attitude
- Number of years of experience: Internship or up to two years in a relevant field (sales, marketing, data analysis or AI)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, data science, computer science, engineering or related discipline; fluency in English required

The Sales team supports the commercial expansion strategy, by seeking business opportunities, building offerings, developing relationships with clients, supporting sales and marketing campaigns. The Sales team offers a complete range of skills from business opportunities assessment to client relationship management and including marketing strategies.
