Analyst - Investment Funds Income

Your area of work:
Joining the Investment funds asset servicing team based in Cork, you will be responsible for all operations related to Investment Funds Income processing for domestic and off-shore investment funds accepted in Clearstream.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect dividend information and notify customers accordingly
- Upon receipt of dividend cash distribute the corresponding cash amounts to customers as per their entitlement
- Prepare and distribute tax vouchers
- Ensure a proper cash and securities reconciliation
- Handle customer queries relating to the afore mentioned tasks
- Support any other tasks related to IFS projects
Your Profile:
- University degree and/or a comparable qualification
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Minimum one year's work experience
- Service orientation with excellent telephone, communication and analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
- Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
