We are looking for a professional with 6+ years of experience in Technology strategy and/or business consulting to be part of the NVTI team in India. The NVTI team helps in setting the long-term direction for Deloitte, its businesses, and enabling areas by applying an integrated, strategic approach to complex, high-impact issues and opportunities. The team uses advanced techniques to identify and analyze emerging business and technological trends that are affecting our firm and our clients. We seek to educate our clients and equip our firm to understand and act on the implications of the trends we identify. The candidate should be self-motivated, technology savvy, and able to work well with a diverse set of professionals across India and the US.
Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the NVTI team, you will be responsible for supporting high-impact, high-visibility initiatives aligned to Deloitte leadership priorities and helping drive coordination across workstreams.
- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and delivery with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across India and the US to drive alignment and project outcomes.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights, trends, and implications for leadership decision-making.
- Develop executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, briefs, and reports with clear structure and recommendations.
- Mentor team members and contribute ideas, problem solving, and best practices to strengthen team delivery.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in technology strategy, business consulting, or a similar role
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, or a comparable function
- Experience developing executive presentations, reports, and business recommendations
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to produce business insights
- Experience working with stakeholders or clients in virtual or cross-border team environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- MBA from a reputed school
Preferred:
- Experience in client consulting in the technology space
- Experience delivering technology-driven engagements
- Knowledge of one or more major technology domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, or Cyber
- Experience with primary and secondary research in strategy or consulting environments
- Experience using data visualization techniques to present analysis in graphical or tabular formats
- Experience working with US clients or US-based stakeholders
