WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set the online activation strategy for E-business and own the online activation calendar including Crm.
- Roll out the brand’s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose across brand websites.<zs
- Place consumer insights to improve our online consumer journey/ path to purchase and develop new initiatives to drive online purchases.
- Develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for online touchpoints: campaigns, CRM, services, online retail etc.
- Driving shopper and channel differentiation strategy across different online platforms.
- Construct yearly channel based e-commerce turnover and budget, make regular follow-up on trend periods.
- Manage e-commerce media budget to enhance performance, traffic and conversion on brand owned digital channels.
- Work closely internal teams ( IT, Marketing, Trendyol ) and partner agencies to optimize website and shop-in-shop (ux, search, visibility, quality of content, reviews etc).
- Drive online CRM strategy and execution for campaign activity working closely with partner agencies.
- Evaluate and report on online purchase data monthly on monthly basis, share best practices with Zone counterparts regularly.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Min 3 years of experience and deep know-how in E-Commerce, Digital Media, Performance Marketing and social media & content marketing.
- A strategic focus, highly analytical with the ability to derive insight from data; proven ability to develop and implement innovative e-commerce strategies that exploit emerging trends and consumer behaviour patterns.
- Strong experience of change management and driving organizational innovation.
- Strong strategic and operational capability with a P&L focus
- Ability to work with Digital IT teams to specify technical changes, new products and applications
- Fluency in writing and speaking in English.
