Your missions :
As a member of the HR for HR team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:
- Editorial management of the “HR for HR” newsletter for all HR employees across the Group
- HR Events: Organization and logistics for key community events (HR Manager seminars, HR Newcomers’ after-work gatherings, HR expat meetups). You’ll be a source of ideas for innovative formats (in-person, hybrid, gamification).
- Organization of HRBP Days, Career Days, and HR Management Department events
- Digital Engagement: Bringing internal communication channels to life to maintain engagement within HR France
- Skills Development (Learning & Training)
- HR Management Department Training Plan: Co-developing a skills development plan specific to the HR Management Department.
- Advice and Recommendations / Exploring Automation: Assisting employees in choosing their training programs and tracking registrations and sessions.
- Budgetary and qualitative monitoring of training initiatives
- Collaborating on the “AI-ification” of the HR function and building a community of AI experts
- Various Cross-Functional HR Projects
- Supporting the HR for HR team on ad-hoc projects (e.g., HR Employee Value Proposition, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the function, digitization of HR processes).
Your Profile
- You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You master project management (360° activations, support development...), content production (agency management, pre/post-production monitoring, writing and translating product pages), event organization, and you are comfortable with the Office Pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have a strong analytical and synthetic mind, are creative and proactive in proposing ideas, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship management, presentation), organized, rigorous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.
