Your missions :
The apprentice will support L’Oréal’s global PD&L community by ensuring the quality, usability, and impact of our learning data and dashboards. The mission is divided as follows:
- 30% Data Quality Stewardship: Maintain and monitor the quality of learning data in our dashboards, ensuring accuracy and reliability for all users.
- 20% Dashboard Improvement & Support: Contribute to the enhancement of our key PD&L dashboard products, supporting improvements in data integration, user experience, navigation, and data visualization, while taking responsibility for ongoing support.
- 20% Learning Prescription Management: Assist in managing learning prescriptions within the LMS system, working with the Head of Learning Metiers to select appropriate programs and ensure correct assignment and adoption.
- 20% Data Automation & Reporting: Use data to automate and streamline analysis and reporting, simplifying year-end calculations for key stakeholders and improving efficiency.
- 10% Data Analytics & Project Activation: Provide data analytics support to inform discussions and activate learning projects, including identifying engagement strategies for learners and designing low-code solutions to optimize data usage.

Your Profile
- You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- Project Management / Data Analytics / Power BI / Cultural Agility / Collaboration
- You master marketing project management (360° activations, support development...), content production (agency management, pre/post-production monitoring, writing and translating product pages), event organization, and you are comfortable with the Office Pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have a strong analytical and synthetic mind, are creative and proactive in proposing ideas, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship management, presentation), organized, rigorous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.
