👉Product development : You will be at the heart of creating concepts, imagining the next launches of innovative products and services while being the guardian of the brands’ DNA. You will analyze brand performance, competitors’ activities, and collaborate with markets worldwide.
👉Operational marketing : You will be close to the business, responsible for launch strategies and strong partnerships with our sales teams. You will collaborate with international development teams and adapt assets to meet the specific needs of your market.

Beyond technical skills, we are above all looking for profiles with strong potential, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to make a difference.

The Recruitment Process
- Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
- Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
