As a Lead Product Software Engineer, you’ll help build autonomous agent workflows, apply NLP to interpret complex IRS regulations, and develop intelligent data ingestion tools that eliminate manual entry. The Lead Product Software Engineer designs, develops, and delivers high‑quality, scalable software solutions for mission‑critical applications. You’ll own key system components end‑to‑end—from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You’ll collaborate closely with product stakeholders, drive technical direction for the Agile team, and mentor engineers while contributing hands‑on code and design leadership.

Compensation:

$116,400.00 - $204,100.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
