📋 What You Will Do
As a Quality Management Manager, you will champion our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure our products meet world-class standards.
In this role, you will:
- Compliance & QMS: Monitor and ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22716 GMP, and L’Oréal standards.
- Supplier Quality: Audit suppliers and subcontractors, analyze quality performance, and lead monthly QA alignment meetings.
- Continuous Improvement: Coordinate end-to-end customer claim investigations, analyze performance reports, and partner with Production Units to elevate Finished Goods quality.
🔎 What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is an analytical and collaborative professional with a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. You bring experience in packaging quality and a strong understanding of audit principles.
